Luca Dinulescu Commits to Central Arizona College for Basketball
Luca Dinulescu Joins Central Arizona College
Luca Dinulescu, an Australian basketball player, has officially committed to play for Central Arizona College, joining its men's basketball program. This commitment reflects not only Luca's hard work but also the support of a vast community that has walked with him on his basketball pathway.

Community Support and AUSA Hoops
Luca's story is a testament to the collective efforts of his family, prior clubs, schools, and guidance from programs like AUSA Hoops. AUSA was pivotal in guiding Luca through the recruitment process, as emphasized by Luca's mum, Lisa. She states, "Thank you AUSA for helping make Luca's goal of playing basketball in the USA a reality. Luca toured with AUSA in May of this year and we were provided with daily updates and photos of what Luca was seeing, doing and experiencing. We could not have navigated the USA recruiting system without their support, in-depth knowledge and extensive experience."
Lisa goes on to highlight Coach Jordan's role, mentioning that he has been a mentor and a strong presence in Luca's life. While expressing gratitude for Coach Jordan's support and care, she also notes her excitement in watching Luca develop further at Central Arizona College.
Exciting Chapter at Central Arizona College
Central Arizona College's head coach, Greg Meier, expressed his enthusiasm for having Luca on the team, saying, "We feel like Luca will fit in very well with what we are building at Central Arizona on and off the court! He plays hard, moves well and has major upside moving forward to help us win!"
Luca's commitment to Central Arizona College represents another step in his evolving basketball journey. Supported by the broader basketball community and bolstered by AUSA Hoops, Luca is set to take on this new challenge with dedication and skill.
Luca's path reminds us of the collective support from various programs, clubs, and individuals that basketball players like him benefit from as they pursue their dreams.
