Max Meaney, a talented 6-6 wing forward from Frankston, Melbourne, Victoria, has committed to Southwest Baptist University. Known for his ability to shoot from the perimeter, create off the dribble, and contribute on the defensive glass, Max is set to join the Southwest Baptist University men's basketball program, ready to make his mark under the leadership of Coach Tomas Brock.

For Max, this commitment is the result of years of dedication and development alongside a wide community that has supported his growth. He showcased his skills prominently during the July 2025 tour in Richmond, Virginia, and College Station, or Bryan, Texas. His relentless work ethic has prepared him well for this exciting opportunity.

Southwest Baptist University Men's Basketball

Southwest Baptist University is a respected NCAA Division II program competing in the Great Lakes Valley Conference. The program recently entered a new era with Coach Tomas Brock at the helm. Coach Brock, joining from Columbia College, brings a successful track record, including two regular-season and two tournament championships in the American Midwest Conference.
